Elevate VR Conference 2026: A Wrap-Up

Elevate VR wrapped in Chicago on September 2, and the energy in the room said it all. Over two days, VR agency leaders and the broader VR community came together for collaboration, practical takeaways and a closer look at where the field (and Libera) are headed.

How It Went

The numbers speak for themselves: attendees rated their overall conference experience 4.78 out of 5 stars, and 89% said they’d highly recommend the conference to others.

Feedback echoed that sentiment throughout:

“It was a great way to network and meet everyone. Thank you for everything.”

“The conference was well organized and provided essential content that was beneficial to all.”

“Great time, very good job!”

“I learned so much.”

Two Days of Collaboration

Day 1 centered on collaboration, implementation experience and innovation; opening sessions, peer discussion, breakout sessions across the day and a closing session on Libera’s AI strategy.

Day 2 shifted toward product direction and planning; an industry and agency panel, a look at new feature demonstrations and a product roadmap and strategy session, closing with takeaways attendees could carry directly into their own planning conversations. Breakout discussions across both days touched on the full range of what agencies are working through right now: data quality, documentation practices, federal reporting readiness, staff training and change management, configuration and workflow improvement, and AI readiness.

What’s Next

Elevate VR is one part of an ongoing conversation with the VR community — the discussions, questions, and feedback from this year’s conference will help shape what comes next, both for the event itself and for how Libera continues to support agencies day to day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Chicago — we’re already looking forward to next year.
